The delicatessen food brand Crosta & Mollica, known for premium specialties handcrafted in Italy, is now bringing its wood-fired pizzas made with sourdough to the frozen aisles of Germany and is now available at Edeka North, Southwest and West (Rhein-Ruhr region).

What makes these pizzas special? Each one is crafted following traditional Italian recipes and baked on lava stone sourced from the depths of Mount Etna, giving it an unmistakable flavor. A sourdough proved for 24 hours and refined with water from the Dolomites creates a characteristically crispy and aromatic texture. The pizzas are topped with tomato or creamy white sauces, complemented by carefully selected ingredients like Calabrese salami, Sicilian oregano, or the finest Italian cheeses.
