Same Soul, Whole New Stage: Osmans Töchter Is Back – Bigger, Bolder, Blazing

ABOUT
Some restaurants are just addresses. Osmans Töchter has always been something more.
When Arzu Bulut and Lale Yanık opened their doors in Prenzlauer Berg in 2012, they weren’t just launching a restaurant – they were creating a place to gather, to share, to slow down. Rooted in the meze tradition and driven by a vision for modern Turkish cuisine, Osmans Töchter quickly grew from a neighbourhood favourite into a genuine Berlin institution.
Under the continued leadership of Arzu Bulut, that founding spirit remains very much intact – recognised, among other honours, with the Gründer des Jahres Award 2022 in the category Female Empowerment.
NEW CHAPTER
Now, a new chapter is unfolding. Osmans Töchter has moved into its largest and most ambitious home to date: a light-filled space on the grounds of the historic Bötzow Brauerei on Prenzlauer Allee, complete with around 100 seats in the dining room, its own bar, and an outdoor terrace overlooking the Berlin TV Tower. Same soul, whole new stage.
The food at Osmans Töchter has always been an invitation. An invitation to slow down, to share, to discover together. That hasn’t changed. The menu draws from Mesopotamia and the Mediterranean: reimagined classics like Tarama, Mütebbel and Çiğ Köfte Tatar sit alongside handmade Mantı, stuffed vine leaves with sour cherries, mini calamari skewers, octopus and the dessert Şahmaran’s Golden Hair. Three curated menus, everything to share, the open kitchen as the stage.

We are truly honoured to welcome Osmans Töchter to the Press Factory family. Telling the story of a restaurant that has shaped a neighbourhood, championed female entrepreneurship, and kept an entire city coming back for more – that is exactly the kind of work that drives us. Here’s to everything that lies ahead. We can’t wait!
