An Homage
Julia – head of our food team – brings a rare mix of precision and empathy. She listens, she notices, she cares – all while delivering with razor-sharp focus and unwavering dedication. Her calm presence doesn’t just steady the room, it sets the tone for how we work together. Some of her most significant and favorite projects at Press Factory include managing PR for Berlin Fashion Week, planning and executing Bauer & Little Moons’ OMR presence, organizing the Picadeli Media Lunch & Creator Dinner, as well as coordinating multiple editions of Press Factory’s Press Days.
Luki – head of our beauty & lifestyle team – is the spark that keeps our energy alive. He makes us laugh even in the busiest weeks, turning pressure into play. With him, no working day is just a working, and no event is ever ordinary. He’s the social pulse of Press Factory, carrying everything with an effortless ease that inspires us all. Some of his favorite projects at Press Factory over the past four years include managing the European launch of the ‘Wildly Me’ fragrance by florence by mills, organizing the Conscious Music Night, coordinating the Art Extravaganza Dinner at Potsdamer Platz, and handling guest management for the Lane 7 opening.
“Over the past four years, I’ve learned to step out of my comfort zone, to take chances, and to trust myself. I even overcame my phone anxiety – not long ago I wouldn’t have dared to call just to book a table at a restaurant. What excites me most is how rewarding it can be to dive into completely new topics and discover new passions along the way. Here’s to many more years of growth and curiosity!”
