Organized by us on behalf of Brookfield Properties, the event marked a day of professional exchange and mutual inspiration. Represented in Germany by seven sections – Baden-Württemberg, Bavaria, Berlin-Brandenburg, Hamburg, North Rhine-Westphalia, Hesse, and Saxony-Thuringia – the organization is dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences through unparalleled expertise and a spirit of collaboration.
An Afternoon at Potsdamer Platz: Exploring “The Playce” and Its Vibrancy
The Berlin-Brandenburg section’s annual meeting unfolded with a mix of tradition and discovery. The two-hour session took place atop the Panorama Point, offering breathtaking views of Berlin’s skyline. In this inspirational setting, the members shared best practices, innovative tips, and solutions to complex service challenges.
From 18:00 to 19:00, attendees embarked on a curated tour of Potsdamer Platz and The Playce. This immersive experience introduced the concierges to key tenants and their unique offerings, among others, The Upside Down, Gamestate, Manifesto Market, Lane7, and Notagallery.
These personal presentations by the tenants offered insights into the diverse entertainment, dining, and cultural options available, reinforcing Potsdamer Platz as a central destination for both Berliners and visitors.
A Perfect Ending: Dinner and Drinks
From 19:00 onwards, the event transitioned to an elegant dining experience at Lou The Parrot. The evening concluded with expertly crafted cocktails, fostering a relaxed yet celebratory atmosphere. Here, conversations flowed freely, reflecting the camaraderie and shared passion for excellence that define Die Goldenen Schlüssel community.
