“Zukunft von morgen schon heute genießen” – enjoying the future of tomorrow, today. With this as the guiding idea, Bauer Gruppe set out to introduce their plant-based innovation to the OMR audience in a way that was as bold and forward-thinking as the product itself.
OMR Festival is one of Europe’s largest gatherings of marketing and creative professionals – a high-stakes platform where brands compete for attention at every turn. The challenge was not just to show up, but to create a presence that felt genuinely coherent: strategically grounded, experiential, and recognisable across the entire festival.

Our approach
Our involvement began early – at the idea stage. Before the booth took shape, we contributed the initial creative impulses that set the direction: the communication angle, the experiential logic, and the thematic framing that would carry through every touchpoint. As the booth concept and visual identity were developed, we stayed closely involved to ensure that the look and feel remained fully aligned with what we were building communicatively.
From there, we took on full responsibility across PR strategy, stage programming, sampling activation, and on-site execution – keeping creative and communications logic tightly connected throughout.

The result
The booth received very positive feedback – from visitors, from press, and from within the festival community. The double premium stand translated the brand’s plant-based story into a tangible, tasting-driven experience that resonated well with the OMR audience.
As presenting sponsor of the Blue Stage, Bauer Gruppe was present at every single stage slot across the festival – a level of brand exposure that went far beyond a booth footprint. Combined with an extensive sampling programme that reached visitors throughout the entire grounds, the brand was genuinely omnipresent across the two festival days.
On stage, the panel talk drew an engaged audience, and LEA’s surprise mini-concert turned an activation moment into a genuine festival memory. A visit by OMR founder Philipp Westermeyer provided strong earned media material that amplified the presence well beyond the festival itself.
